KSL3 – Final version of your leaflet
- Take the basic version of your leaflet and annotate it to show the following;
- Any spelling or grammatical errors
- Changes to paragraphs
- Where you will include bullet points
- Any formatting changes you are going to make
- Where you are going to include headings
- Changes you are going to make following the comments of others
- Further notes on taking into consideration the views of others
- It should be very clear which version of your leaflet was produced before you received the comments of others and which version has taken into consideration the views of others.
- Make sure you clearly annotate your versions to indicate this.
- Now make these changes to your leaflet to produce a final, accurate version which is fit for purpose. Check the following;
- Have you been consistent with your formatting? Are you font sizes and styles consistent for different types of text?
- Are the headings at the same levels across columns and does the text start at the same level?
- Are you pictures consistent in their presentation? If you have put a border around one picture make sure the same border is around the others.
- Make sure you have used the developed pictures and text in your leaflet, not the originals.
- Proof read your work! Make sure that there are no errors and that your final output could be put in the careers room.
- Print out two copies of your final leaflet – one folded and one unfolded. The folded one should be in colour, the unfolded one in black and white. If you are not sure how to print double sided on the colour printer please ask.
